Dvites provides digital wedding invitations and customized website-based invite experiences. Because our products are digital and personalized, our refund and cancellation policy is strict.
Dvites is a sub-brand of DigiCrave, operated by DigiCrave Softwares LLP.
1. Digital Product Policy
Dvites offers digital products and services only. No physical product is shipped unless clearly mentioned in a custom agreement.
2. All Sales Are Final
Once payment is completed and our team has started customization, shared a template link, sent access, or delivered any digital asset, the order becomes final.
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available after work has started or access has been delivered.
3. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a customer requests cancellation before any work has started and before any access/template link is shared, Dvites may review the request at its sole discretion.
Approval is not guaranteed.
4. No Refunds For
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong details shared by customer
- Delay in sending required content
- Low-quality photos provided by customer
- Event cancellation or postponement
- Failure to check final invitation before sharing
- Third-party downtime
- Payment gateway delays
- Domain or hosting issues outside our control
- Misuse or unauthorized redistribution of templates
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested.
We may share order details, transaction records, delivery logs, communication history, and access records with payment gateways or legal authorities when required.
6. Data & Payment Safety
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Dvites does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials.
7. Maximum Liability
In any case, the maximum liability of DigiCrave Softwares LLP, DigiCrave, or Dvites is limited to the exact amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when required. The latest version will always be published on this page.
